Our Mission
Renteric started with a simple conviction: rental operations should not require spreadsheet gymnastics, fragmented chats, and enterprise-heavy software just to stay organized, regardless of country or language. We built the product we wanted as landlords first, then expanded it carefully so growing operators could keep the same operational backbone instead of replacing it.
Our Story
Founded in 2024, Renteric began as a side project by a landlord who was tired of juggling spreadsheets, paper leases, manual rent tracking, and scattered follow-up. The first wedge was clear: help independent landlords running roughly 1 to 10 properties. As customers grew, the platform expanded to support boutique managers, owner visibility, and more complex operator workflows without pretending the product started enterprise-first.
